How do I search the database?
FOR CANDIDATES: searching FloralJobs.com is very simple. Click [SEARCH
OPPORTUNITIES] from the home page or [SEARCH]
from your welcome page. Select the division you wish to search and then enter the search criteria: location, education,
experience, skills, and keyword.
FOR COMPANIES: FloralJobs.com allows you to search the database to verify if there are any candidates that match your needs. You
will not be able to view the resume, but you will have an idea of the candidates available. Click
[SEARCH CANDIDATES] then select the division your wish to search, next enter your search criteria. If you are a registered member simply click [SEARCH]
from your welcome page.

How do I apply to an opportunity?
FloralJobs.com does not limit applications to registered members. In an effort to successfully meet our client companies needs, FloralJobs.com
allows visitors as well and members to apply to all opportunities. After reviewing the description and
requirements, simply click [APPLY TO THIS OPPORTUNITY] or enter your name and click
[APPLY].

How do I register with FloralJobs.com?
FOR CANDIDATES: In order to register, click [CANDIDATE REGISTRATION]
then select the division that matches your skill set. Next you simply complete the registration form entering your contact
information, opportunity preferences and a copy of your resume.
FOR COMPANIES: There are two ways to register: 1 without posting an opportunity click
[COMPANY REGISTRATION], enter your company and contact information and company benefit information then click
[ADD]. Your username and password will be created, click [HOME] and enter your login information to access your account. 2 to post an
opportunity click [FORM] in the box "Having trouble finding professionals in Indiana." Complete your company
and contact information, enter the opportunity information and company benefit information then click
[POST JOB]. Your username and password will be created, click [HOME] and enter your login information to access your account.

Do I have to give my personal information?
Yes, in order to a potential employer to reach you, you must provide accurate
contact information. You can however store your information as CONFIDENTIAL.
Storing your information confidential will not allow employers to view your contact information. Any employment contact will be handled through the
site. You will have the option of contacting the employer directly.

What do I do if the skills I need are not listed?
FloralJobs.com is a user driven site, many of the skills have been entered by candidates. If you do not see the skills
you need, simply enter the new skills in the forth and fifth boxes under skills during the registration process. Once you have completed the registration process, login and
click [VIEW PROFILE] then click [EDIT
PROFILE] from your welcome page. The new skills should list under your division. If you need additional skills added to
a division, use the feedback form to make a request.

What are search agents?
Search agents allow the members to create a detailed list of division, location, education, experience, skills and a keyword. Once the
agent is saved, you only need to click the agent name to locate any new opportunities in the
database that match the agent criteria. To create an agent click [VIEW AGENTS] from your welcome page and then click
[CREATE AGENT].

How do I track my applications?
Tracking your applications to opportunities through the system is simple. Once you identify an opportunity that
you feel matches your experience and skill set, click [APPLY TO THIS
OPPORTUNITY]. The system will open an email addressed to the company including the subject and a request to review your
cover letter and resume. Once you have sent the mail, return to your welcome page and click [VIEW
APPLICATIONS]. You will notice that the company and job title have been added to your application database. In order to track the application click
[EDIT] to update the status in NOTES.

Why do you not send the resume in the database to an employer?
There are several reasons why we do not send your stored resume to the company when you apply through the system: 1 the resume
on the system is saved in a text format (plain text no formatting) this is "plain". 2 the resume stored on the system my
not be the most current version or list all of your skills. 3 the resume on the system my not be geared towards the
potential employer and again my lack important information. 4 it is unprofessional to send a resume without a cover letter, too
many people send a resume without telling the company why they are perfect for the opportunity.

How do I view my resume?
To view your resume as it appears to potential employers click [VIEW
RESUME] from your welcome page.

How do I update my resume?
To update your resume whether adding information or removing contact information
click [EDIT RESUME] and simply delete or add the information you want to change then click [UPDATE].

How do I send feedback or ask questions?
FloralJobs.com is very concerned with making this site work for our candidates and companies. If you have any
suggestions or questions, we two ways of reaching us. The first is our contact page, this page can be
reached from most pages on the web site. The second way to reach
FloralJobs.com is to use the feedback form found as a link on your welcome page or on the log out page.
